Our implementation approach

1: Kickoff Session

During your kickoff session your project manager will walk through our implementation process.

2: Data Gathering

Next we will walk through the data we will need from you in order to get your account setup.

3: System integration

If you are integrating with another system platform (e.g. Payroll) your Project Manager will work with you to connect these systems.

4: Requirements

To ensure we configure Worknice to meet your needs we will run a workshop to gain a deep understanding of your HR processes. Please note this is an optional service for larger organisations.

5: Configuration

This is where the magic happens, our Worknice experts will analyse all of the data you have provided and setup your initial account based on best practices to ensure you get the maximum value from Worknice from Day 1.

6: Walkthrough

As soon as your account is setup we will organise a handover day to take your through the setup and hand you the keys. This is where you can get your hands dirty, make changes ask questions get yourself familiar with Worknice.

7: Pre-launch

To get you ready for a successful launch of Worknice, we have created the below checklist as a handy guide.

8: Launch!

Once you have had time to customise Worknice, and you feel you have everything in place for launching Worknice, all that’s left is to plan your launch day and invite your team.

9: Support

Your dedicated project manager will be on hand to assist with post launch support, ensuring a successful rollout.

  • What does the implementation exclude?

    We don’t offer services outside of the scope of HRIS software, such as HR advice, data cleansing and migration

  • How long does it take to get up and running?

    Being a new and modern platform using the latest in SaaS technology, Worknice is light and flexible to administer – we are not an enterprise platform that will take many months before you can begin to see value. We typically phase our implementation so we can get you up and running as quick as possible.
